Handmade & Custom Jewellery Disclaimer
All Sassiglow jewellery is handmade with care. As a result:

Minor variations in colour, texture, size, or finish are a natural part of the handmade process

Such variations do not constitute faults or defects

Product images are representative and may differ slightly from the final item received
Custom-made items are created specifically to your specifications.

Custom Orders
Custom or personalised jewellery includes (but is not limited to):

Personalised engravings

Custom sizing, stones, or finishes
Once production has begun, custom orders cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded, except where the item is faulty or not as described.
Please ensure all custom details are correct before placing your order. Sassiglow is not responsible for errors provided by the customer.

Prices & Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Full payment is required at the time of ordering. Prices may change at any time, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

Order Acceptance
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This does not constitute acceptance of your order.
A legally binding contract is formed once your item has been dispatched.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to availability issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Production Times
Handmade and custom jewellery requires production time. Estimated making times are provided on product pages and may vary.
Delays due to high demand, sourcing materials, or unforeseen circumstances will be communicated to you where possible.

Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timeframes are estimates and begin once production is complete.
Sassiglow is not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, courier services, customs, or incorrect address details provided by the customer.

Returns & Cancellations (Handmade & Custom Items)
Made-to-Order / Custom Jewellery
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the right to cancel within 14 days does not apply to:

Custom-made or personalised items

Made-to-order jewellery created to your specifications
These items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless faulty or not as described.

Ready-to-Ship (Non-Custom) Jewellery
For non-custom items, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item.
Returned items must be:

Unworn and unused

In original packaging
Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.

Hygiene Policy
For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings and pierced jewellery cannot be returned, unless faulty.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if your item is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse are not considered faults.

All content on this website, including designs, images, logos, and text, is the intellectual property of Sassiglow and may not be copied or reproduced without prior written permission.
