Refund Policy

At Sassiglow Jewellery UK, every piece of jewellery is handmade with care. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one. It should be read alongside our Terms & Conditions.

Custom & Made-to-Order Jewellery

Due to the nature of handmade and personalised items, custom or made-to-order jewellery is non-refundable and non-returnable, unless the item is faulty or not as described.

​

Custom items include (but are not limited to):

  • Personalised or engraved jewellery

  • Made-to-order designs

  • Custom sizing, stones, or finishes

Please ensure all custom details are correct before placing your order, as we are unable to make changes once production has begun.

​

Ready-to-Ship (Non-Custom) Jewellery

For non-custom items, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

​

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging

  • You must notify us of your intention to return within 14 days of delivery

Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.

​

Hygiene Policy

For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings and pierced jewellery are non-refundable, unless they are faulty or not as described.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if your item is:

  • Faulty

  • Not as described

  • Unfit for purpose

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, including:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos showing the issue.

Where a fault is confirmed, we will offer a repair, replacement, or full refund, including return postage where applicable.

​

Return Postage

  • Customers are responsible for return postage costs for non-faulty items

  • We recommend using a tracked service, as Sassiglow is not responsible for items lost in transit

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

Refund Processing

Once a return is approved and received:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Items Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Custom or personalised jewellery (unless faulty)

  • Earrings or pierced jewellery (unless faulty)

  • Items returned worn, damaged, or without original packaging

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or failure to follow care instructions.
